Anwar Ahmed,Faris S Alzahrani,Ahmed M Gharawi,Salman A Alammary,Fahad H Almijmaj,Fahad M Alhusayni,Donna K. McClish,Hamdan Al-Jahdali,Ashwaq Al Olayan,Abdul Rahman Jazieh +9 more
TL;DR: A risk model for quantifying the risk of pancreatic cancer is developed and validated and could be useful to improve screening performance and the decision-making process in clinical settings in Saudi Arabia.
Journal ArticleDOI
Immediate Reproducibility of Upper Limit of Vulnerability Measurements in Patients Undergoing Transvenous Implantable Cardioverter Defibrillator Implantation
Kenneth A. Ellenbogen,Mark A. Wood,David M. Gilligan,B A Theresa Crofts,Wendy B. London,Donna K. McClish +5 more
TL;DR: Reproducibility of ULV and Measurement of the upper limit of vulnerability (ULV) with monophasic T wave shocks has been proposed as a patient‐specific measurement of defibrillation efficacy that results in fewer episodes of ventricular fibrillation (VF) than measurement of a defibrilation efficacy curve.
Journal ArticleDOI
Duration of an Intervention's Impact on Perceived Breast Cancer Risk
John M. Quillin,Donna K. McClish,Resa M. Jones,Diane B. Wilson,Kelly A. Tracy,Deborah J. Bowen,Joseph F. Borzelleca,Joann Bodurtha +7 more
TL;DR: A brief health risk appraisal tends to lower breast cancer risk perceptions for at least 18 months, but the impact may vary by race/ethnicity, while for African American women, perceived risk “out of 100 women” did not change.
