TL;DR: In this paper, a distinction is made between power as domination and power as negotiated between people, and it is argued that such resistant practices redistribute power from the insertor to the insertee rather than eliminate power in sex, and this argument is supported through Norbert Elias's concept of power chances.

HIV/AIDS School-based Education in Selected Asia-Pacific Countries

TL;DR: A recent UNAIDS-funded study of how education systems in selected countries in East Asia, South East Asia and the Pacific are responding to HIV/AIDS-related education as discussed by the authors found that the education provided is largely information-based, but with a developing emphasis on life-skills such as assertiveness and negotiation.
