Effect of caffeine on adenosine-induced reversible perfusion defects assessed by automated analysis.
Joseph C. Lee,John F. Fraser,John F. Fraser,Adrian G. Barnett,Leslie Johnson,Melinda G. Wilson,Catherine M. McHenry,Darren L. Walters,Christopher R. Warnholtz,Frederick A. Khafagi +9 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the effects of caffeine ingestion on the extent of adenosine-induced perfusion abnormalities during myocardial perfusion imaging (MPI) were investigated, and the effect of the amount of caffeine consumed was investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography as an integral component in evaluation of primary cardiac lymphoma.
TL;DR: In the diagnostic evaluation, positron emission tomography combined with computed tomography made a significant contribution—beyond that which would have been possible if only conventional imaging modalities such as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and transthoracic echocardiography (TTE) were utilized—and played a major role in follow-up.
Journal Article
Myocardial perfusion scans.
TL;DR: A brief review discusses the role of MPS in the evaluation of CAD and how non-invasive tests such as myocardial perfusion scans (MPS), exercise stress tests (ESTs) and stress echocardiography can provide useful diagnostic and prognostic information.
Journal ArticleDOI
Functional outcomes following surgical management of pain, exposure or extrusion following a suburethral tape insertion for urinary stress incontinence
Gerard Agnew,Peter L. Dwyer,Anna Rosamilia,Yik N. Lim,Geoffrey Edwards,Joseph C. Lee,Joseph C. Lee +6 more
TL;DR: Excision is an effective treatment for tape exposure and pain whether infection is present or not and a concomitant procedure to prevent recurrent SUI should be considered if tape excision is planned and infection is not suspected.
Journal ArticleDOI
