Trastuzumab after adjuvant chemotherapy in HER2-positive breast cancer
Martine Piccart-Gebhart,Marion Procter,Brian Leyland-Jones,Aron Goldhirsch,Michael Untch,Ian E. Smith,Luca Gianni,José Baselga,Richard Bell,Christian Jackisch,David Cameron,Mitch Dowsett,Carlos H. Barrios,Günther G. Steger,Chiun-Shen Huang,Martin Andersson,Moshe Inbar,Mikhail Lichinitser,István Láng,U. Nitz,Hiroji Iwata,C Thomssen,Caroline Lohrisch,Thomas M. Suter,Josef Rüschoff,Tamás Süto ý,Victoria Greatorex,Carol Ward,Eleanor McFadden,M. Stella Dolci,Richard D. Gelber +30 more
TL;DR: One year of treatment with trastuzumab after adjuvant chemotherapy significantly improves disease-free survival among women with HER2-positive breast cancer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Postoperative Radiotherapy in High-Risk Premenopausal Women with Breast Cancer Who Receive Adjuvant Chemotherapy
Marie Overgaard,Per S. Hansen,Jens Overgaard,Carsten Rose,Martin Andersson,Flemming W. Bach,Mogens Kjaer,Carl C. Gadeberg,Henning T. Mouridsen,Maj-Britt Jensen,Karin Zedeler +10 more
TL;DR: Multivariate analysis demonstrated that irradiation after mastectomy significantly improved disease-free survival and overall survival, irrespective of tumor size, the number of positive nodes, or the histopathological grade.
Journal ArticleDOI
Postoperative radiotherapy in high-risk postmenopausal breast- cancer patients given adjuvant tamoxifen: Danish Breast Cancer Cooperative Group DBCG 82c randomised trial
Marie Overgaard,Maj-Britt Jensen,Jens Overgaard,Per S. Hansen,Carsten Rose,Martin Andersson,Claus Kamby,Mogens Kjaer,Carl C. Gadeberg,Birgitte Bruun Rasmussen,Mogens Blichert-Toft,Henning T. Mouridsen +11 more
TL;DR: Postoperative radiotherapy decreased the risk of locoregional recurrence and was associated with improved survival in high-risk postmenopausal breast-cancer patients after mastectomy and limited axillary dissection, with 1 year of adjuvant tamoxifen treatment.
Journal ArticleDOI
New scale factors for harmonic vibrational frequencies using the B3LYP density functional method with the triple-xi basis set 6-311+G(d,p)
Martin Andersson,Per Uvdal +1 more
TL;DR: The 6-311+G(d,p) basis set is found to give almost converged frequencies for most molecules, and it is concluded that the optimum frequency scaling factors are valid for the basis sets 6- 311G( d, p) to6-311++G(3df,3pd).
Journal ArticleDOI
Second Cancers Among 40 576 Testicular Cancer Patients: Focus on Long-term Survivors
Lois B. Travis,Sophie D. Fosså,Sara J. Schonfeld,Mary L. McMaster,Charles F. Lynch,Hans H. Storm,Per Hall,Eric J. Holowaty,Aage Andersen,Eero Pukkala,Martin Andersson,Magnus Kaijser,Mary Gospodarowicz,Timo Joensuu,Randi J. Cohen,John D. Boice,Graça M. Dores,Ethel S. Gilbert +17 more
TL;DR: Testicular cancer survivors are at statistically significantly increased risk of solid tumors for at least 35 years after treatment, and young patients may experience high levels of risk as they reach older ages.
