TL;DR: Sleep in children with autistic spectrum disorder (ASD) is evaluated by means of sleep questionnaires and polysomnography and cyclic alternating pattern (CAP) measures showed subtle alterations of NREM sleep which could be detected with an appropriate methodology of analysis.
