TL;DR: Although it was difficult to draw firm conclusions, this review has shown some promising findings from implementing a patient-centered care approach and there appeared to be benefits associated with this model of care in terms of patient satisfaction and perceived quality of care.

TL;DR: This intervention improved nursing home resident outcomes related to changes in drug use and drug-related expenditure and suggests that the difference would have been more significant in a larger and longer study, and even more so using additional instruments specific for measuring outcomes related for changes indrug use.
