Journal ArticleDOI
Inside Back Cover: Wiring Laccase on Covalently Modified Graphene: Carbon Nanotube Assemblies for the Direct Bio-electrocatalytic Reduction of Oxygen (Chem. Eur. J. 8/2015)
Journal ArticleDOI
Regulating the coordination capacity of ATMP using melamine: facile synthesis of cobalt phosphides as bifunctional electrocatalysts for the ORR and HER.
TL;DR: In this article , amino tris(methylene phosphonic acid) (ATMP, L1) and melamine (MA, L2) are assembled into two-dimensional (2D) organic nanostructures by hydrogen bonding and ionic interactions via a supramolecular assembly, which greatly weakens the coordination ability of L1 with Co2+.
Book ChapterDOI
Nanomaterials for Enzyme Biofuel Cells
TL;DR: This book chapter describes the recent advances in the design of novel materials for enzymatic fuel cells, focusing on nanomaterials that have realized the efficient immobilization and wiring of enzymes, in particular carbon nanotubes, inorganic and polymer nanoparticles.
Journal ArticleDOI
Chlorhexidine digluconate exerts bactericidal activity vs Gram positive Staphylococci with bioelectrocatalytic compatibility: High level disinfection for implantable biofuel cells.
Anastasiia Berezovska,Anne Meiller,Stéphane Marinesco,Yannig Nedellec,Fabien Giroud,Andrew J. Gross,Serge Cosnier +6 more
TL;DR: In this article , a soft chemical treatment based on immersion of enzymatic bioelectrodes and biofuel cells in dilute aqueous chlorhexidine digluconate (CHx) is proposed.
