TL;DR: In this article, the association of statins with intracerebral hemorrhage in randomized and observational data was investigated in 17 electronic bibliographic databases to identify eligible studies and consulted with experts in the field and used DerSimonian-Laird random effects models to compute summary risk ratios with 95% confidence intervals.
Journal ArticleDOI
Compliance with antithrombotic prescribing guidelines for patients with atrial fibrillation—A nationwide descriptive study in Taiwan
TL;DR: Most of these patients with AF in Taiwan did not receive appropriate antithrombotic therapy over the period studied, and risk factors for bleeding, hypertension, coronary artery disease, thyrotoxicosis, and older age were associated with low rates of warfarin use.
