Ethnic Discrimination in Germany's Labour Market: A Field Experiment

TL;DR: This article studied ethnic discrimination in Germany's labour market with a correspondence test and found that Turkish and German names increased the average probability of a callback by 14 percent and 24 percent, respectively, at smaller firms at which the applicant with the German name received 24 percent more callbacks.
