Split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography with optical coherence tomography
Yali Jia,Ou Tan,Jason Tokayer,Benjamin Potsaid,Y. Wang,Jonathan J. Liu,Martin F. Kraus,Hrebesh M. Subhash,James G. Fujimoto,Joachim Hornegger,David Huang +10 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography (SSADA) was proposed to improve the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) of flow detection.

Quantitative OCT angiography of optic nerve head blood flow
Yali Jia,John C. Morrison,Jason Tokayer,Ou Tan,Lorinna Lombardi,Bernhard Baumann,Chen D. Lu,WooJhon Choi,James G. Fujimoto,David Huang +9 more
TL;DR: OCT angiography can detect the abnormalities of ONH perfusion and has the potential to reveal the ONH blood flow mechanism related to glaucoma, a pilot study indicates.
Journal ArticleDOI
Blood flow velocity quantification using split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography with optical coherence tomography
TL;DR: The split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography algorithm was recently developed as a method for imaging blood flow in the human retina without the use of phase information and a linear model relating SSADA measurements to absolute flow velocities is derived using the phantom data.

Quantification of local circulation with oct angiography
TL;DR: In this paper, a split-spectrum amplitude-decorrelation angiography (SSADA) algorithm was developed for imaging microcirculation within different intraocular regions including, for example, the ocular disc, the temporal ellipse, the peripapillary retina, the macular retina, macular choroid, the fovea avascular zone, and the area of non-perfusion.
