Journal ArticleDOI

All-optical cascaded laser wakefield accelerator using ionization-induced injection.

TL;DR: Electron injection and acceleration are successfully separated and controlled in different LWFA stages by employing two gas cells filled with a He/O2 mixture and pure He gas, respectively and the demonstrated scheme paves the way towards the multi-GeV laser accelerators.
Journal ArticleDOI

High-Brightness High-Energy Electron Beams from a Laser Wakefield Accelerator via Energy Chirp Control

TL;DR: By designing a structured gas density profile between the dual-stage gas jets to manipulate electron seeding and energy chirp reversal for compressing the energy spread, high-brightness high-energy electron beams from a cascaded laser wakefield accelerator are experimentally produced.
Journal ArticleDOI

Pluronic F127 and D-α-Tocopheryl Polyethylene Glycol Succinate (TPGS) Mixed Micelles for Targeting Drug Delivery across The Blood Brain Barrier.

TL;DR: The results indicated that F127/TPGS mixed micelles may be considered as an effective nanocarrier for the brain-targeted delivery of diagnostic and therapeutic drugs.
Journal ArticleDOI

Laser-filamentation-induced condensation and snow formation in a cloud chamber

TL;DR: Using 1 kHz, 9 mJ femtosecond laser pulses, laser-filamentation-induced spectacular snow formation in a cloud chamber is demonstrated, indicating that high-repetition filamentation plays a significant role in macroscopic laser-induced water condensation and snow formation.
