Because these understudies already spent many hours perfecting the analytical, research, and writing aptitudes that practicing attorneys must have. As a result moot court have gained high importance in the legal front but In the recent times presentation and arguments of students (mooters) in moot court competition vary from competition to competition, though academic pressures and preparation is put forth as a reason, it is apprehended that the responsiveness of judges may also be a reason for the same. Judges in moot courts occupy important role, the judges pave way for students to learn court manners and patience, in the moot court presentation. The recent behavior of students towards moot court presentation and participation gives way to apprehend that the judge’s responsiveness may be a reason for differential skillful and intellect presentation in competitions. Therefore this research aims at the influence of differential responsiveness of judges in the performance of participants. by the virtue of non probability convenience sampling and using chi square tests it could be found out that There is no relationship between student opinion on differential responsiveness of judges and year of study, There is no relationship between student opinion on Influence of judges responsiveness in participant presentation and year of study. The study put forth that the performance of students in moot court competitions is influenced by differential responsiveness of judges. Therefore the study recommends that only qualified experts of the subject matter must be preferred as judges in the moot court competitions.

The Study on The Influence of Differential Responsiveness of Judges in Participant Performances During Moot Court Presentations

Aim: The main aim of the study proposed is to perform higher classification of fake political news by implementing fake news detectors using machine learning classifiers by comparing their performance. Materials and Methods: By considering two groups such as Decision Tree algorithm and Naive Bayes algorithm. The algorithms have been implemented and tested over a dataset which consists of 44,000 records. Through the programming experiment which is performed using N=10 iterations on each algorithm to identify various scales of fake news and true news classification. Result: After performing the experiment the mean accuracy of 99.6990 by using Decision Tree algorithm and the accuracy of 95.3870 by using Naive Bayes algorithm for fake political news in. There is a statistical significant difference in accuracy for two algorithms is p<0.05 by performing independent samples t-tests. Conclusion: This paper is intended to implement the innovative fake news detection approach on recent Machine Learning Classifiers for prediction of fake political news. By testing the algorithms performance and accuracy on fake political news detection and other issues. The comparison results shows that the Decision Tree algorithm has better performance when compared to Naive Bayes algorithm.

Higher Classification of Fake Political News Using Decision Tree Algorithm Over Naive Bayes Algorithm

Aim: Text classification is a method to classify the features from language translation in speech recognition from English to Telugu using a recurrent neural network- long short term memory (RNN-LSTM) comparison with convolutional neural network (CNN). Materials and Methods: Accuracy and precision are performed with dataset alexa and english-telugu of size 8166 sentences. Classification of language translation is performed by the recurrent neural network where a number of the samples (N=62) and convolutional neural network were a number of samples (N=62) techniques, the algorithm RNN implies speech recognition that can be compared with convolutional is the second technique. Results and Discussion: RNN-LSTM from the dataset speech recognition, feature Telugu_id produce accuracy 93% and precision 68.04% which can be comparatively higher than CNN accuracy 66.11%, precision 61.90%. It shows a statistical significance as 0.007 from Independent Sample T-test. Conclusion: The RNN-LSTM performs better in finding accuracy and precision when compared to CNN.

Classification of Analyzed Text in Speech Recognition Using RNN-LSTM in Comparison with Convolutional Neural Network to Improve Precision for Identification of Keywords

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of 2% articaine and 2% lignocaine in achieving adequate anesthesia in children between the age group of 6–13 years using inferior alveolar nerve block. A triple blinded randomized controlled trial was conducted in 180 participants (90 patients- 2% articaine, 90 patients-2% lignocaine). Effectiveness of the anesthetic agent was determined at 3 points determined by subjective evaluation of pain using pain scales (FPS-R). Paired sample t-test and chi square test were performed for statistical significance. Anesthetic success for 2% articaine were 64.4%, 42.2% and 81.8% respectively. The anesthetic success of 2% lignocaine was 66.7%, 48.9% and 85.7% at point one, point two and point three respectively (p > 0.05). This study concludes that 2% articaine in 1:2,00,000 did not demonstrate superior clinical effectiveness in comparison to 2% lignocaine. Lignocaine has always been considered the gold standard. With its unique chemical structure and increased potency, Articaine has been gaining popularity. Its efficacy in 2% concentration had not been compared to 2% lignocaine. 2% articaine did not show clinical superiority but its comparable effectiveness with lignocaine can encourage further research in using articaine in reduced concentrations to improve effectiveness.

Effectiveness of 2% Articaine as an anesthetic agent in children: randomized controlled trial.

Aims: To analyse the existing literature on the effectiveness of various injectable amide local anaesthetic agents for children undergoing routine dental treatment. Design: A systematic search was carried out for the databases of PubMed, Central, LILACS, Science direct, Metapress and SIGLE to identify clinical trials published on the effectiveness of injectable amide local anaesthetic agents in dental journals from the inception of the databases up to July 2015. Results: The systematic search gave nine studies. Four of out seven studies found articaine to more effective. No significant difference in anaesthetic effectiveness of the agents were found in seven studies. One study reported significant difference in the anaesthetic effectiveness in favour to articaine. Two studies reported articaine to have longer duration of action. Conclusion: With the available evidence, this review may suggest that articaine is an effective amide anesthetic agent. Lignocaine is most effective at 2% concentration. Prilocaine and mepivacaine show comparable effectiveness.
