Diabetic Muscle Infarction Masquerading as Necrotizing Fasciitis.

TL;DR: A 43-year-old male patient with past medical history of diabetes mellitus, end stage renal disease on hemodialysis, congestive heart failure, obstructive sleep apnea, and chronic anemia presented with complaints of left thigh pain, and surgical pathology revealed evidence of muscle edema with necrosis.
