Journal ArticleDOI
Interaction of titanium dioxide nanoparticles with influenza virus
N. A. Mazurkova,Yu. E. Spitsyna,Yu. E. Spitsyna,Nadezhda V. Shikina,Zinfer R. Ismagilov,S. N. Zagrebelnyi,Elena I. Ryabchikova,Elena I. Ryabchikova +7 more
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the virus-inactivation properties of TiO2 are mainly based on the direct contact between nanoparticles and virus particles, and the inactivation effect was observed when the incubation was performed in darkness.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and stabilization of nano-sized titanium dioxide
Zinfer R. Ismagilov,L. T. Tsikoza,Nadezhda V. Shikina,V. F. Zarytova,Viktor Zinoviev,S. N. Zagrebelnyi +5 more
TL;DR: In this paper, the potential of using nano-sized TiO2 in medicine and nanobiotechnology is considered, focusing on its sol-gel synthesis from different precursors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design of TiO2~DNA nanocomposites for penetration into cells
Asya S. Levina,Asya S. Levina,Zinfer R. Ismagilov,Zinfer R. Ismagilov,Marina N. Repkova,Marina N. Repkova,Nadezhda V. Shikina,Nadezhda V. Shikina,Sergei I. Baiborodin,Natalia V. Shatskaya,Natalia V. Shatskaya,S. N. Zagrebelnyi,Valentina F. Zarytova,Valentina F. Zarytova +13 more
TL;DR: Methods of noncovalent immobilization of DNA fragments on titanium dioxide nanoparticles (TiO2) were developed to design TiO2∼DNA nanocomposites, which were capable of penetrating through cell membranes and shown to retain their ability to form complementary complexes.
Journal ArticleDOI
An examination of the ability of titanium dioxide nanoparticles and its conjugates with oligonucleotides to penetrate into eucariotis cells
Valentina F. Zarytova,Zinov'ev Vv,Zinfer R. Ismagilov,Asya S. Levina,Marina N. Repkova,Nadezhda V. Shikina,A. A. Evdokimov,E. F. Belanov,S. M. Balakhnin,O. A. Serova,Sergei I. Baiborodin,Ernst G. Malygin,S. N. Zagrebelnyi +12 more
TL;DR: The penetration of TiO2 nanoparticles and their oligonucleotide conjugates into intracellular space without any auxiliary operations is demonstrated.
Journal ArticleDOI
Design of deoxyribozymes for inhibition of influenza a virus reproduction
A. A. Evdokimov,N. A. Mazurkova,Ernst G. Malygin,Valentina F. Zarytova,Asya S. Levina,Marina N. Repkova,S. N. Zagrebelnyi,N. A. Netesova +7 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a number of genomic sequences of the most relevant influenza A virus subtypes, i.e., H5N1, H3N2, and H1N1 were analyzed.
