The study investigates by empirical methods the effect of motivation, leadership, and organizational culture on job satisfaction, and employee performance at Wahana Resources Ltd North Seram District, Central Maluku Regency, Indonesia. This examination intends to be a critical review for academics researching the field of human resources management (HRM). The study’s sample consisted of 155 employees who were selected using the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling method. At the same time, data were collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling on Amos. The results of data analysis showed that work motivation and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on performance, but did not significantly influence employee job satisfaction. While leadership has a substantial impact on employee job satisfaction, it does not affect performance. The results of testing the coefficient of determination show that job satisfaction is influenced for 57.4% by motivation, leadership, and culture variables, while employee performance variables are influenced for 73.5% by motivation, leadership, culture, and job satisfaction variables. Other factors outside this study influence the rest. Motivation, leadership, and organizational culture of employees need to be improved to increase job satisfaction. Invariably, if employee job satisfaction increases, employee performance will also increase.

Effect of Motivation, Leadership, and Organizational Culture on Satisfaction and Employee Performance

To reduce the spread of the virus, authorities have imposed restrictive measures, such as limiting movement of individuals, shutting down non-essential stores, imposing a general or local quarantine, along with physical distancing and isolation of vulnerable people. Remote working has become the 'new normal' for many organizations, engendering further challenges for employees, who have started experiencing anxiety, technostress caused by digitalization and lack of social interaction, frustration, occupational burden, counterproductive work behavior, exhaustion, burnout, depersonalization, and increased turnover intention. All these factors, corroborated by prolonged restrictions, have contributed to a decrease in employee satisfaction, diminishing performance and generating a counterproductive behavior. Based on Social Exchange Theory, this research plans to investigate the influence of internal marketing on job satisfaction, task performance, and counterproductive work behavior in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic in an emerging market, namely Romania. Based on a quantitative research study among 850 employees, we show that internal marketing strongly and significantly impacts job satisfaction, while insignificantly impacting task performance and counterproductive work behavior. Job satisfaction actuates task performance in a significant and positive manner, contributing to a reduction in counterproductive work behaviors. This paper highlights the effects of internal marketing orientation on job satisfaction, and the effects of job satisfaction on job performance and counterproductive work behaviors.

The Influence of Internal Marketing and Job Satisfaction on Task Performance and Counterproductive Work Behavior in an Emerging Market during the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Recognizing the vital role of employees in achieving optimal performance and sustainable competitive advantage as expected, organizations need to facilitate high support for employees, implement appropriate leadership styles, and increase affective commitment within the organization. Therefore, the objective of this study is to analyze and explore: (1) the effect of perceived organizational support (POS) on employee performance and affective commitment; (2) the effect of transformational leadership on employee performance and affective commitment; and (3) the effect of affective commitment on employee performance. The covered population in this study were all employees (including managers, supervisors, and functional staff) who worked in the stone milling companies in Central Java, Indonesia. Data obtained in this study were processed statistically employing structural equation modeling (SEM) with the SmartPLS 3 software package. Based on the data analysis results on 103 respondents, this study concluded that POS had a significant effect on affective commitment and employee performance as well as transformational leadership on affective commitment and employee performance. Furthermore, affective commitment also had a significant effect on employee performance. Thus, the results of this study, theoretically and practically, can be used by all parties concerned to improve employee performance and maintain a sustainable competitive advantage.

The Effect of Perceived Organizational Support and Transformational Leadership on Affective Commitment and Employee Performance

This study aimed to measure the effect of religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction on the teacher performance of private schools teachers in Tangerang which are mediated by   organizational citizenship behavior Data collection was done by simple random sampling via electronic to the private schools teacher population in Tangerang The returned and valid questionnaire results were 224 samples Data processing was used SEM method with SmartPLS 30 software The results of this study concluded that religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction have a positive and significant effect on the teacher performance, both directly and indirectly through mediating organizational citizenship behavior Meanwhile, transformational leadership have not significant effect on the teacher performance directly without mediating organizational citizenship behavior This new research proposed a model for building the teacher performance among the private school teachers in Tangerang through enhancing religiosity, transformational leadership and job satisfaction with organizational citizenship behavior as a mediator This research could pave the way to improve teacher readiness in facing the era of education 40

Job satisfaction and organizational commitment effect in the transformational leadership towards employee performance

Subjective well-being is an essential part of mental health in both religious and non-religious communities. On a global scale, most research on the relationship between religiosity and subjective well-being is conducted on English-speaking, Western, and Christian populations. This large-scale study is expected to complement and balance previous research by reporting the important role of resilience as a mediator in the relationship between religiosity, social support, and self-efficacy on subjective well-being based on a sample of Indonesians, the world's largest Muslim population. Data collection uses adaptation of standardized scales, namely the Positive Affect Negative Affect Schedule (PANAS) and Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) for measurement of Subjective well-being, Resilience Evaluation Scale (RES) for resiliency, The Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) for religiosity, The Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support (MSPSS) for social support, and the General Self-efficacy scale (GSES) for self-efficacy. A convenience sample of 1640 Muslim undergraduate students made up the responses. This study's findings suggest that self-efficacy, social support, and religiosity all directly influence resilience. Subjective well-being is directly affected by religion, social support, self-efficacy, and resilience. The association between self-efficacy, social support, self-religion, and subjective well-being is mediated by resilience. Resilience partially mediates the relationship between religiosity, social support, and self-efficacy with subjective well-being. This research has practical implications for the practice of Islamic guidance and counseling, notably the use of religion as a tool to build resilience, for instance, through a more positive reading of difficulties as God's gift for personal growth.

Study on Muslim University Students in Indonesia: The Mediating Role of Resilience in the Effects of Religiousity, Social Support, Self-Efficacy on Subjective Well-being

—From the beginning of 2020, the emergence and spread of Covid-19 has very astonishing implications for almost the entire world population. During increasingly complicated global conditions, there is a tremendous need to respond. However, it turned out that there were acts of abuse of authority by government officials. Using a research strategy through archive studies, mainly numerous news from the internet, the data were analyzed with content analysis. This qualitative-descriptive research examines forms of political corruption and patterns of White-Collar Crime (WCC) related to handling the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by government officials in several countries in the world, including Indonesia. This study finds two forms of political corruption, namely those committed by government employees and corporations. This study also shows that the educational backgrounds of the perpetrators are relatively good, and the actors take advantage of high-end networks in carrying out their actions. The impact of the crime in the context of handling the pandemic in several countries is threatening people's lives in the broadest spectrum.

Political Corruption and White-Collar Crime Related to Covid-19 Countermeasures

For this inquiry, papers from international journals that are indexed by SCOPUS are accessed using the VosViewer 1.6.17 software. Nonetheless, 533 articles from the years 1975 to 2021 were picked with the keywords ”CHILD PROTECTION, CHID ABUSE, AND CHILD POLICY.” Scholarly interest in this subject increased significantly between the years 2017 and 2021; the highest year was 2018 when 50 publications on the subject of child protection were published. In general, the findings of bibliometric study on ”CHILD PROTECTION, CHILD ABUSE, AND CHILD POLICY,” especially forms of violence and the causes of violence against children, are currently being researched in the field of psychology. Child safety and public policy are still hotly debated subjects. So far, there are just 18 articles.
