Analysis strategies for multiple responses in quality improvement experiments

TLDR
In this article, a generalised linear models approach of modelling the mean function and variance function jointly can be used to achieve the goal of quality improvement, and two examples illustrate differences among three approaches.
Abstract
Quality improvement experiments often aim to find operating condition that achieves the target value for the mean of a process characteristic, and simultaneously minimises the process variability. For this purpose, Taguchi's techniques of analysis based on signal-to-noise ratios and dual response surface methodology are commonly used to achieve this goal. This paper shows how the generalised linear models approach of modelling the 'mean function' and 'variance function' jointly can be used to achieve the goal. Two examples illustrate differences among three approaches.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the various attempts by Spanish scientists, philosophers, and intellectuals to enlist modern physics and a revised version of evolution in the construction of the new regime and discuss the import of their arguments for the simultaneous debates about time, space, matter, life, and evolution.

Robust parameter design in resource-constrained environments: An investigation of trade-offs between costs and precision within variable processes

TL;DR: In this article, a trade-off analysis between the cost of replication and the desired precision of generated solutions is proposed to reveal potential options to the decision maker, which may lead to more effective robust parameter design models.

Systolic & Diastolic Blood Pressure Determinants of Shock Patients

TL;DR: The explanatory factors or the determinants of the systolic and diastolic blood pressure of some shock patients are examined and it is noted herein that SBP & DBP are inversely correlated, but they are generally directly correlated for normal and cardiac patients.
