TLDR
Technical theories pertaining to knowledge creation such as data mining are brought together with social or people oriented theories on knowledge creation including Nonaka's knowledge spiral to develop a meta-framework in which to view key processes, tools and techniques that facilitate effective knowledge creation and its management.
