TL;DR: In this paper, a structure of an interference display cell is provided, where a support is located between the first plate and the second plate, and the frequency of the reflected light is altered.
Abstract: A structure of an interference display cell is provided. The cell comprises a first plate and a second plate, wherein a support is located between the first plate and the second plate. The second plate is a deformable and reflective plate. An incident light from one side of the first plate is modulated and only specific frequency light reflects by the second plate. The frequency of the reflected light is related to the distance between the first plate and the second plate. The support has at least one arm. The arm's stress makes the arm hiking upward or downward. The distance between the first plate and the second plate is also changed. Therefore, the frequency of the reflected light is altered.

TL;DR: This work presents an approach to the evaluation of the reverse link capacity of a code-division multiple access (CDMA) cellular voice system which employs power control and a variable rate vocoder based on voice activity.
Abstract: This work presents an approach to the evaluation of the reverse link capacity of a code-division multiple access (CDMA) cellular voice system which employs power control and a variable rate vocoder based on voice activity. It is shown that the Erlang capacity of CDMA is many times that of conventional analog systems and several times that of other digital multiple access systems. >

TL;DR: In this paper, a push-to-talk dispatch system is described, where a first base station allocates a first set of equipment to support a push to-talk connection.
Abstract: In a push-to-talk dispatch system, a method and apparatus for providing an accelerated response to a push-to-talk origination message. A first base station allocates a first set of equipment to support a push-to-talk connection. A first system controller allocates a second set of equipment to support the push-to-talk connection. Upon receipt of a push-to-talk origination message from a first remote unit, the first base station transmits an immediate response to the first remote unit, instructing it to communicate through the first set of equipment and the second set of allocated equipment.

TL;DR: A push-to-talk communication device to participate in a group communication net (100) is claimed in this article, where a processor converts information signals into packet data suitable for transmission over a distributed network.
Abstract: A push-to-talk communication device to participate in a group communication net (100) is claimed. The group communication net (100) comprises a controller (104) to manage the group communication net (100) and interface with the push-to-talk communication devices (108, 112 and 116). A processor converts information signals into packet data suitable for transmission over a distributed network. The processor may also have identification information, and updates its identification information when its current identification information has or is about to change. The processor then transmits its new identification information to the controller (104). The push-to-talk devices (108, 112 and 116) also comprise a transmitter to transmit packet data through a first channel to the controller. A receiver receives packet data through a second channel from the controller. The push-to-talk devices (108, 112 and 116) also comprise a user activated mechanism to activate the transmitter when a user of the communication device wishes to transmit packet data to the controller.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors proposed a multicast/broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) subframe format for unicast and broadcast information transmission in a wireless network, where the first base station may reserve a subframe for the second base station, send system information conveying the reserved subframe as an MBSFN subframe to its stations, and transmit in a first part of the reserved subsets.
Abstract: Techniques for sending information in a wireless network are described. The network may support (i) regular subframes used to send unicast information and (ii) multicast/broadcast single frequency network (MBSFN) subframes used to send broadcast information and having lower overhead than the regular subframes. In an aspect, MBSFN subframes may be used to mitigate interference. A first base station may cause high interference to stations (e.g., UEs) served by a second base station. The first base station may reserve a subframe for the second base station, send system information conveying the reserved subframe as an MBSFN subframe to its stations, and transmit in a first part of the reserved subframe in accordance with an MBSFN subframe format. The second base station may skip the first part and may send unicast information to its stations in the remaining part of the reserved subframe. In another aspect, MBSFN subframes may be used to support additional base station capabilities.
