The associations among market orientation, technology orientation, entrepreneurial orientation and organizational performance

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors explored the relationship between three variables of strategic orientation (market orientation, technology orientation entrepreneurial orientation) and organizational performance in the Jordanian pharmaceutical sector and found that market orientation contributed the most to the enhancement of organizational development followed by technology orientation and finally entrepreneurship orientation.

The Effect of Employee Engagement on Organizational Performance Via the Mediating Role of Job Satisfaction: The Case of IT Employees in Jordanian Banking Sector

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of IT employees' engagement on organizational performance through the mediating role of job satisfaction for IT employees within the IT departments in Jordanian banking sector was investigated, and the results showed that IT employee engagement significantly affected organizational performance and three of its dimensions, vigor, absorption, and dedication contributed significantly to organizational performance.
