TL;DR: Intensive body weight-supported treadmill training may be an effective intervention for some children with CP who are ambulatory, and four children showed minimal detectable changes in a positive direction on both an endurance and functional gait measure.

TL;DR: It was found that the initial symptoms were often nonspecific, leading to a delay in diagnosis, especially in younger children, and the need for urgent magnetic resonance imaging of the spine for early diagnosis and treatment to minimize morbidity.
