Journal ArticleDOI
A reciprocal repression between ZEB1 and members of the miR-200 family promotes EMT and invasion in cancer cells
Ulrike Burk,Joerg Schubert,Ulrich F. Wellner,Otto Schmalhofer,Elizabeth Vincan,Simone Spaderna,Thomas Brabletz +6 more
TL;DR: Results indicate that ZEB1 triggers an microRNA‐mediated feedforward loop that stabilizes EMT and promotes invasion of cancer cells, and thus explain the strong intratumorous heterogeneity observed in many human cancers.
Journal ArticleDOI
Heterodimeric bispecific antibody-derivatives against CD19 and CD16 induce effective antibody-dependent cellular cytotoxicity against B-lymphoid tumor cells
Christian Kellner,Joerg Bruenke,Heike Horner,Joerg Schubert,Michael Schwenkert,Kristin Mentz,Karin Barbin,Christoph Stein,Matthias Peipp,Bernhard Stockmeyer,Georg H. Fey +10 more
TL;DR: Among these three molecules the bsTb showed the most promising in vitro properties which are anticipated to be displayed also in vivo.
