Studies on Spatial-temporal Dynamics of Insecticidal Protein Expression of Bt Corn and Its Degradation in Soil
TL;DR: Comparison of degradation pattern of Nongda61 in non-sterile soil and sterile soil indicated that biotic degradation is one of the main factors contributed to degradation, while lab microcosm experiment demonstrated that Bt toxin in 4 corn hybrid residues degraded rapidly in soil.
