TL;DR: In this article, a review of the evolution of extension science from its beginnings to where it is heading now is presented, starting from its original question (how do I get them where I want them?) and its sequel (why don't they do what I want to do), the article follows the sequence of extension sciences emphases: resistance to change, innovation diffusion, target categories, countervailing utili-ser systems and, presently, knowledge systems which see extension, research and utilisers as a synergetic whole.

Policy paradigm for sustainable farming
