Journal ArticleDOI

Experimental Realization of an Intrinsic Magnetic Topological Insulator

TL;DR: In this paper, the experimental realization of thin films of an intrinsic magnetic topological insulator, MnBi 2 Te 4, by alternate growth of a Bi 2 Te 3 quintuple layer and a MnTe bilayer with molecular beam epitaxy was reported.
Journal ArticleDOI

Superconductivity in few-layer stanene

TL;DR: In this article, a transition from a single-band to a two-band superconductor with a doubling of the transition temperature was shown in a few stacked layers of stanene.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dimensional Crossover-Induced Topological Hall Effect in a Magnetic Topological Insulator.

TL;DR: It is found that films thicker than five quintuple layers (QLs) exhibit the usual anomalous Hall effect for magnetic TIs, but when the thickness is reduced to four QLs, characteristic features associated with the topological Hall effect (THE) emerge.

Superconductivity in Few-layer Stanene

TL;DR: In this article, a transition from a single-band to a two-band superconductor with a doubling of the transition temperature was shown in a few stacked layers of stanene.
