TL;DR: OfR severely impair NO-mediated coronary vasorelaxation affecting both basal and agonist-evoked NO release but not eNOS activity, however, EL also significantly blunts NOS/COX-independent vasodilation suggesting alteration of other vasodilatative pathways.
