ZKSCAN3 Is a Master Transcriptional Repressor of Autophagy

TL;DR: Interestingly, ZKSCAN3 and TFEB are oppositely regulated by starvation and in turn oppositely regulate lysosomal biogenesis and autophagy, suggesting that they act in conjunction.
